Voters formed the Marin Healthcare District in 1948. It encompasses all of Marin except Novato.

Who Manages the Affairs of the District?

The Marin Healthcare District Board recently hired Lee Domnico to be its Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for managing the transition of MGH back to District control. Mr. Domanico has an extensive background in successfully managing District hospitals.
